There are just three steps you must take in order to be eligible for your $200 rebate from Apartment Database!
STEP ONE
You must submit the Rebate Registration form before you visit or contact any apartment communities! Don’t worry, we aren’t going to bother you unless there is a problem.
STEP TWO
After searching the apartment database and making a list of a few favorites you will of course stop by and visit the apartments for tours. You must write “Apartment Database” as your referral source on ALL guest cards and lease applications! This is required by the apartment’s management in order to pay us a locator commission, and of course we must receive a commission in order to pay you the $200 rebate.

STEP THREE
After you have signed a lease you must come back to apartmentdatabase.org to report your lease. This is the only way we will know that you have signed a lease as your apartments will not notify us.
